Authors will have several opportunities to publish their full-text papers in a few venues, including the partnering journals and our Convention proceedings. Please see the full list of available publication venues. The full-text paper submission is optional, and it does not affect the convention presentation opportunity in anyway. General submission guidelines for each venue are presented in the following section and will be updated in due time. For timeline details, please visit our important dates.
1. A special issue (ESCI, Scopus)
We are currently developing a proposal for a special issue of Educational Research for Policy and Practice. The tentative title of the issue is Repositioning English from Foreign to Second Language. An article processing charge will apply, and detailed submission guidelines will be provided in due course.
2. High ranking partnering journals (ESCI, Scopus)
There is no specific deadline for submissions to these journals. Authors are advised to send a note to the editor during the submission process, mentioning that their paper is from VietTESOL International Convention 2026.
3. Other international journals

- The University of Danang - Journal of Science and Technology (with APC)
There is no specific deadline for submissions to these journals. Authors are advised to send a note to the editor during the submission process, mentioning that their paper is from VietTESOL International Convention 2026.
4. Our proceedings
The Proceedings of VietTESOL International Convention 2026 publishes full-text papers from VietTESOL International Convention 2026. The submission platform is Proceedings of VietTESOL International Convention. The manuscripts will be peer-reviewed. Once the manuscript is accepted, a publication fee of 2,500,000 VND (~85 USD) is required. The papers are then e-published on Proceedings of International Academia (ISSN: 3083-2330). An example of the previous volume is at Procia for your information. The submission deadline is 30 December 2026.
