Abstract Review Results Now Being Released

The first batch of abstract review results for VIC 2026 is being released starting today, 28 June 2026. Due to the large volume of abstract submissions, the release process will be carried out in batches and may take up to 10 days to complete. If you have not yet received an email notification regarding your abstract, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. We fully understand that all authors are eagerly awaiting the review results. We are working carefully and diligently to ensure that all decisions are processed accurately, fairly, and transparently during this challenging stage. Abstract Decisions Delayed Due to Pending Facility Confirmation from the Host

The review process for VIC 2026 abstracts has now been completed as scheduled. However, we are currently unable to release abstract decision letters because the host institution has not yet confirmed its facility capacity for the convention. Once the host provides this confirmation, we will finalize the number of abstracts that can be accepted, and the review results will be released immediately. We expect to receive confirmation from the host within the next few days. We sincerely apologize for the delay and thank all authors for their patience and understanding.
