Important Notes
- If you are a paid VietTESOL Member, please log in to your VietTESOL account before registering to receive the membership discount. You can register to be a VietTESOL member or renew your membership here.
- If you are applying for the Graduate Student discount, please email proof of your current student status to convention@viettesol.org.vn for a student discount code.
- If you are a Non-Vietnamese participant, please prepare the following documents before registration:
- Passport details
- A photo/scan of your passport
- A portrait photograph
(These documents are required for administrative and government declaration purposes only.)

✅ Step 2: Choose your ticket type
✅ Step 3: Log in or create an account
Log in if you already have an account at https://viettesol.org.vn. Make sure your membership is still active to receive a membership discount. You can check your membership here.
You can also register as a new user:
✅ Step 4: Fill in all required fields.
If you have an accepted abstract(s), choose Presenter Attendee and provide details of your abstract submission. Otherwise, choose Regular attendee.
✅ Step 5: Check your payment
Check the gross amount and discount amount. If the discount amount shows 0, you haven't paid for your membership yet or your membership has expired. Sign up to be a member of VietTESOL to receive a 500.000 VND discount HERE.
If you are a Student/ Graduate Student, you can apply for a student discount by sending an email to convention@viettesol.org.vn with proof of your current study. Once you receive the discount code, enter it in the Coupon field.
