If you are a Presenter, make sure you have your Abstract ID(s) ready and complete the confirmation at [[here]] before proceeding with this step. The Abstract ID is included in the email of your abstract acceptance.
☀ Registration Fee
Non-Vietnamese Presenters and Participants
– Early-bird registration (by July 25, 2026): 120 USD
– Regular registration (after July 25, 2026): 150 USD
Vietnamese Presenters and Participants
– Early-bird registration (by July 25, 2026): 1 500 000 VND
– Regular registration (after July 25, 2026): 1 800 000 VND
Vietnamese - VietTESOL Members/ Graduate Students
– Early-bird registration (by July 25, 2026): 1 000 000 VND
– Regular registration (after July 25, 2026): 1 200 000 VND
Non-Vietnamese - VietTESOL Members/ Graduate Students
– Early-bird registration (by July 25, 2026): 80 USD
– Regular registration (after July 25, 2026): 100 USD
Pre-Convention Workshops: 200 000 VND for all
The registration fee includes full access to conference sessions, a participant certificate, conference materials, and light refreshments.
