Description

Abstract
Interaction in foreign language classrooms, particularly in English language teaching, plays a pivotal role in shaping both instructional effectiveness and learners’ communicative competence. In recent years, the rapid development of information technology has created new opportunities for educators to enhance the quality of online instruction. English language teachers can now design more innovative and flexible lessons by integrating a variety of digital tools into their teaching practices. These technological applications not only support content delivery but also contribute to the creation of interactive, engaging, and learner-centered environments. As a result, students are more motivated to participate actively in learning activities, which fosters sustained engagement and improves overall interaction during online classes. Moreover, tools such as Padlet, Kahoot, H5P, and Flipgrid offer diverse functionalities that facilitate collaboration, instant feedback, and meaningful communication among learners. When effectively incorporated into pedagogical strategies, these tools can transform traditional teaching approaches and promote more dynamic forms of interaction. Consequently, the integration of information technology serves as a key factor in enhancing interaction and improving learning outcomes in online English language classrooms.
