We are thrilled to update with you that the agenda is now finalised. They can be accessed at agenda. You can choose the Date, Full Screen mode, Detailed View, and Filter to display the presentations that you like. You can also print Print it or export the it into a pdf file, using the PDF button. When you download the pdf version, please choose the Advanced timetable. Don't choose the default simple version. If you are the abstract author or co-author with an account on our platform, you can log in our submission system and see your presentation(s) under My Presentations of the home menu. You can also do a search from the contribution list by clicking on any session block from the agenda overview, then click on View session details from the popup. After this, you can click on the Contribution list to see all the presentations of that session block. We are looking forward to seeing you all soon. In all situations, we reserve the right to make necessary changes to the agenda for the maximum performance of the event. We are unable to re-schedule upon an request if it is not about the presentation time conflict.
Tentative Agenda Released
The detailed tentative agenda draft is now released. If you are the abstract author with an account on our platform, you can log in our submission system and see your presentation(s) under My Presentations of the home menu. You can look at the agenda and see all the presentations. You can choose the Date, Full Screen mode, Detailed View, and Filter to display the presentations that you like. You can also print a draft of the whole agenda using the button Print (not advised at this stage) or export the agenda draft into a pdf file, using the PDF button. If you are the presenters, please understand that this schedule is tentative and may be adjusted up to three days prior to the Convention. If you have two presentations that conflict in time, please email us as soon as you can. We will reschedule them to avoid any time conflict. If you have paid the fee but your presentation has not been scheduled, please email us as soon as you can too. We will double check it and get your presentation scheduled right away. It is very important to understand that we are unable to re-schedule your presentations for your convenience as we have to manage a large number of presentations. In addition, a modification to your schedule will result in changes to other presenters’ schedules, room arrangements, moderators' allocations, booklet preparation, and room schedule printing. A single schedule change, therefore, requires significant effort and the involvement of the entire team. Thank you for your cooperation.
Introducing Keynote Speakers
It is our great honor to introduce the four distinguished keynote speakers. These eminent experts will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in English Language Teaching to the Convention, promising to inspire and enlighten our attendees. They are Professor Greg Kessler from Ohio University, Associate Professor Barry Bai from Chinese University of Hong Kong, Associate Professor Phuong Hoang Yen from Can Tho University, and Ms. Eilidh Hamilton from British Council.
Invitation Letter
If you need an official invitation letter for visa or institutional purposes, please complete this form. This applies to presenters, participants, and sponsors. The information you provide will be checked and used to prepare a personalized letter, so please ensure all details are accurate and complete. It is important to indicate the language in which you would like to receive the letter. Once the form has been submitted, please allow approximately five working days for processing. The red-stamped invitation letter will be sent to your email address and your affiliation's email address that you provide in the form. Kindly note that the invitation letter does not imply any financial support or commitment from the Convention organizers. If you have special requirements or additional questions regarding the invitation letter, please feel free to contact the organizing committee. We are here to assist you and ensure your participation in the Convention is smooth and successful.
Presenter Guidelines
This guideline is to provide some specific information to support the presenters with their presentation preparation at the convention. It is important for the presenters to have look at the Agenda Overview to have a general idea about the whole program before looking at detailed Agenda (updated later). It is necessary to use the filter function of the agenda to have a better view of the details. For example, you may look at the agenda by dates, by type of contributions, by block of sessions, and by rooms. Do not forget to use the function View session details and View contribution list for specific information.
All Abstract Review Results Released
It is our great pleasure to inform you that all the review results of abstracts have been released. If you have not yet received a notification via email, we kindly encourage you to check your mailbox, including your spam or junk folders. For your convenience, you can also view the status of your abstract submissions anytime by logging into the convention website. The agenda is currently being finalized and will begin to take shape over the next few weeks. In the meantime, we warmly invite you and your colleagues to complete your registration. We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be an engaging and inspiring event!
Announcement of Abstract Acceptance
We are thrilled to announce that the abstract review process for the VietTESOL International Convention (VIC) 2025 has been successfully completed. This year, many abstracts underwent rigorous evaluation, with many receiving over four reviews, leading to critical decisions about their acceptance.
Registration Guidelines
It is our great pleasure to have your participation at VietTESOL International Convention (VIC) 2025. This registration announcement is for all, either presenters, co-presenters, or participants; both members and non-members of VietTESOL Association. We have different registration rates and deadlines for different groups of participants. Therefore, please have a look at the details carefully to ensure that your registration process can go smoothly.
Presenters' Confirmation
To ensure the smooth planning of the convention schedule, we kindly request that all accepted presenters confirm their agreement to present at the conference by completing the confirmation form. This is the first step in the registration process, and no payment is required at this stage. After completing this form, please proceed to the Registration Guidelines section at the convention homepage and complete your registration, where registration details are provided and payment will be required. Both of these steps need to be done by July 25th, 2025 at the latest. This confirmation form is only required for one representative speaker of each abstract. It is not required for the co-authors. The co-authors need to proceed directly to the Registration Guidelines section of the convention homepage.

The agenda overview has already been prepared for your information. It is necessary for you to have an idea about the important parts of the Convention such as the Pre-Convention Workshops, Keynote Presentations, Doctoral Forum, Workshops, and so on.
