Before you begin, please prepare one of the followings for payment:
- Mobile Banking App or
- Credit Card
If you are a Presenter, make sure you have your Abstract ID(s) ready and complete the confirmation at here before proceeding with this step. The Abstract ID is included in the email of your abstract acceptance.
☀ Registration Fee
Non-Vietnamese Presenters and Participants
– Early-bird registration (by July 25, 2025): 120 USD
– Regular registration (after July 25, 2025): 150 USD
Vietnamese Presenters and Participants
– Early-bird registration (by July 25, 2025): 1 500 000 VND
– Regular registration (after July 25, 2025): 1 800 000 VND
VietTESOL Members, Graduate Students, and International Student Participants
– Early-bird registration (by July 25, 2025): 1 000 000 VND
– Regular registration (after July 25, 2025): 1 200 000 VND
Pre-Convention Workshops: 200 000 VND
The registration fee includes full access to conference sessions, a participant certificate, conference materials, and light refreshments.

✅ Step 1: Visit https://viettesol.org.vn

If you're a paid VietTESOL member, log in to receive your complemetary discount.

If your membership has expired, renew it before proceeding with the registration.

If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create a new one.

Note for Presenters: This account is different from the one used to submit abstracts at https://convention.viettesol.org.vn.

✅ Step 2: Go to News & Events → VietTESOL Events
✅ Step 3: Select your ticket category (Vietnamese/ Non-Vietnamese participants and presenters)
✅ Step 4: Choose your preferred ticket and fill in the number of tickets you would like to buy.
Choose 1 if you are registering for yourself only.
✅ Step 5: If you have an accepted abstract(s), choose Presenter Attendee and provide details of your abstract submission. Otherwise, choose Regular attendee.
Please note that Author's email is the one used to log in https://convention.viettesol.org.vn to submit your abstract.
✅ Step 6: Provide registration details of other group members (if any)
✅ Step 7: Check your payment
Check the gross amount and discount amount. If the discount amount show 0, you haven't paid for your membership yet or your membership has expired. Sign up to a nember of VietTESOL to receive a 500.000 VND discount HERE.
