Before making any abstract submission to the convention, authors are advised to understand that all abstracts submitted to the convention are reviewed by at least two colleagues. The review results are then submitted to the track directors and the academic committee will decide if an abstract is accepted, revised, or rejected. These are the main criteria that the reviewers use for the evaluation of the abstracts.
| Format | The title must not exceed 15 words. The abstract must be between 150 and 250 words. Session type, strand, and sub-theme must be selected. |
| Relevance | The proposal is current and relevant to the field and/or the theme of VietTESOL International Convention 2025. |
| Foundation | The proposal refers to the specific theory, practice, and/or research on which the presentation is grounded. |
| Practicality | The proposal provides details of participant outcomes, sufficient evidence to support practices, conclusions, and recommendations. |
