Confirmation of Agreement to Present at VIC 2025
Dear Presenters,
We are very delighted to announce the completion of the abstract review process for VIC 2025. Many abstracts have received over five reviews, leading to important decisions. Congratulations to all whose abstracts have been accepted!
We would like to extend our sincere thanks for your interest in submitting your work to VIC 2025. Your contributions are invaluable in making this event a success. If you have already received a letter of abstract acceptance from us via email, please follow the steps described in this announcement. Otherwise, please stay tuned while the review results are being sent out.
To ensure the smooth planning of the convention schedule, we kindly request that all accepted presenters confirm their agreement to present at the conference by completing the confirmation form provided below. This is the first step in the registration process, and no payment is required at this stage. After completing this form, please proceed to the Registration Guidelines section at the convention homepage and complete your registration, where registration details are provided and payment will be required. Both of these steps need to be done by July 25th, 2025 at the latest. This confirmation form is only required for one representative speaker of each abstract. It is not required for the co-authors. The co-authors need to proceed directly to the Registration Guidelines section of the convention homepage.
Failure to confirm your agreement to present and register for attendance by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of your presentation slot. Please do not ask us to arrange any particular schedule suitable for your situation as we handle a very large number of presentations within one and a half day. Each presentation must be allocated well in the tight agenda. We are unable to accommodate any schedule change request. Please also refer to the Important Dates of the convention and the Presenter Guidelines for your preparation.
For any reason, if you would like to change the authors' details of your abstracts such as affiliate or email, you can do it by yourself or contact us at convention@viettesol.org.vn. You can also remove the co-authors from your abstracts. However, you cannot add new authors to your accepted abstracts. If you are interested in submitting a full-text version of your paper for including in the convention proceedings, please refer to the Important Dates. We will have a call for full-text submissions of the papers once the Convention is completed. Only the papers presented at the Convention are eligible for the proceedings.
